Here at The Winsome Wanderer we understand the chaos and overwhelm that life can bring!
Meet Jack and Jill Wanderer and our site, The Winsome Wanderer. Our website is designed to be a helpful source to families on the topics of parenting, marriage, faith, and ideas for the home. Jack, Jill, and Jo Wanderer provide three unique perspectives. Additionally, with Jack on board, we are able to share a man’s perspective which we all know frequently is a mystery.
We strive to help families with:
♦ healthy meal planning, freezer meals, and yummy recipes
♦ home design. Jack LOVES well designed homes and discusses what makes a home design great
♦ organization and cleaning. We share Practical tips for cleaning and organizing kid’s rooms and toys, bathrooms, laundry spaces and pretty much your whole home. Jill LOVES to organize!!
♦ marriage. Marriage can be really, really hard sometimes. We are honest as we discuss solutions to difficulties in marriage. Additionally, we also celebrate and share tips for a healthy marriage.
♦ parenting. Our kids range from 1.5 to 23 years old. We prefer positive parenting approaches while still understanding the necessity of discipline in parenting, boundaries with children, rules, and above all love.
Combined, we have 41 years of marriage and 29 years of parenting. Of course that doesn’t include the years and experience of our family and friends whom we often look to in life. We certainly don’t know all the answers, but our goal is to make your path a little easier.
We search for Solutions to share with you whether it’s how to get your child to sleep through the night, how to show respect to your husband when you are struggling to respect him, or how to deal with your child leaving for college. We may not be the world’s foremost experts, but we love to find solutions rather than dwell on problems, and then share those solutions.
A little about Jack and Jill Wanderer
We have three sweet boys ages one, four, and six. The Wanderers are a fun-loving family who enjoy being outdoors, music, arts of most every kind, craft shows, and BOOKS!
